By projects we understand everything that is needed to successfully bring about changes and achieve objectives. With this service we assist companies as project manager to realise projects in collaboration with internal and external players.
The aim of the projects is usually to achieve an improvement in one or more areas. For example, in connection with quality, or to improve specific processes, or to install an ISMS (Information Security Management System). It can start with an initial audit or inventory. When carrying out the projects, we base ourselves on the principles of the Prince 2 methodology.
But we mainly base ourselves on our own experiences with projects. In our career we were hands-on involved in large projects in industry (chemicals, cement, concrete, supply towards the electricity sector) and in the service sector (industrial rental, installation works in the petrochemical industry) both in the role of project manager and in the role of final responsible and this over a period of many years. This allows us to act quickly and efficiently.
