Our long experience enables us to make a good status analysis of a company or department in a short time. For this we often base ourselves on a framework. In quality this is often ISO 9001 and in cybersecurity it can be ISO 27001, but there are many other references possible for each theme. Often it is simply a matter of common sense: eyes and ears wide open and comparing findings with previous knowledge in order to formulate pragmatic proposals.
If the goal of the company is to obtain (or maintain) a certification such as ISO 9001 or 27001, a third party certification audit must be done. This service is only provided in cooperation with accredited institutions. In those situations, giving advice is not permitted to avoid conflicts of interest.If a company wants to go for an implementation project, or if they want to receive advice on optimisation, Odiss can mean something for you, both in the role as auditor / advisor and in the role as a 3rd party external auditor in the context of a certification by an accredited body. In the latter case, there will be a strict separation between auditing and giving advice.
